End User License Agreement

1. Introduction

Database Schema Viz (dbschemaviz in further reading) software is a property of Boris Jockov (the Author in further reading). By using dbschemaviz, you confirm your acceptance for terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This agreement is considered effective as soon as the use of dbschemaviz has started.

3. Grant of License

dbschemaviz is licensed, not sold, and no ownership rights are transfered to you.

4. Data Security and Privacy

dbschemaviz will never collect or store any user related data. It will never collect database data except for the one needed for diagram generation nor will it damage database integrity. The diagrams created by the dbschemaviz are only stored in the host application(JIRA, Confluence) and no data shall ever leave the host application server. Removal of the dbschemaviz software from the host application server will not remove any created diagrams or images.

5. Disclaimer

It is not guaranteed that dbschemaviz will meet all the requirements of the user or that its operation will be free of errors. dbschemaviz nor the Author shall be held accountable for the loss or corruption of the data, loss of profits or any other defects that were the result of improper use of dbschemaviz.
